Terms of Service
Last updated: Today
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using dubyourfile, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. User Content
You retain all rights to the audio and video files you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a temporary license to process them for the sole purpose of providing the dubbing service. You must not upload illegal or copyrighted content without authorization.
3. Ownership of the Dubbed Output
We claim no ownership of the dubbed files produced from your uploads. As between you and dubyourfile, the output is yours, and to the extent we hold any rights in it, we assign those rights to you. You may use the output commercially, including on monetized channels.
Two limits we cannot remove for you. First, the output is derived from what you upload: if you did not hold the rights to the source material, dubbing it does not create them. Second, whether an AI-generated audio track attracts copyright protection of its own is a question of law in your jurisdiction rather than something we can grant. In the United States, for example, the Copyright Office requires human authorship for protection. Your rights in the underlying work you uploaded are unaffected either way.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service relies on AI to translate and dub your files. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in translation or voice synthesis. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall dubyourfile be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
